The Mango fruit is very sweet, with some having a slight acidic tang. The texture of the flesh varies markedly between different types; some have quite a soft and pulpy texture similar to an over-ripe plum, while others have a firmer flesh much like that of a cantaloupe or avocado, and in some cultivars the flesh can contain fibrous material. Mangoes are very juicy; the sweet taste and high water content make them refreshing to eat, though somewhat messy. Mango's make a refreshing drinks
1 cup frozen mangoes
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
1/2 lime, juice of
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.

Ingredients:
1 large mango diced and chilled
5 slices canned pineapples chilled
1 banana
1 cup of Welch's Orange Pineapple juice
4 ice cubes
Directions:Blend the banana with the juice until banana is well mixed. Next add the ice cubes with the mangos and pineapples and blend for 1 minute on high or until ice is slushy. This mango smoothie recipe is very tangy and sweet at the same time
Ingredients:
1 large mango diced and chilled
1 banana
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 cup of orange juice - freshly squeezed is best
6 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend the orange juice, yogurt and banana till well mixed. Next add the ice
cubes and mango and continue blending till mango is mixed in. Enjoy or chill
if desired.
2/3 cup strawberries or mango slices
2 bananas, chilled
1 12-ounce can grape juice or mango, apricot, strawberry, or other fruit nectar, chilled
1 8-ounce carton fat-free yogurt
1tablespoon honey (optional)
2 tablespoons ground pistachio nuts (optional)
Directions
Combine bananas; strawberries or mango slices; grape juice or fruit nectar;
yogurt; and, if desired, honey in a blender container. Cover and blend until
smooth. Pour into six tall, chilled glasses. If desired, sprinkle with ground
pistachio nuts. Makes 6 smoothies. Note: For two-tone smoothies, make mango
smoothies and strawberry smoothies. Transfer to separate pitchers or glass
measuring cups. Taking a pitcher or cup in each hand, slowly pour both smoothies
at the same time into opposite sides of the glass.

Directions
Combine all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
